Fourth Of July is all about Pies & Ice Cream so I decided to put the two together!
Pie shaped like an Ice Cream Cones.
Have a Lick!
Grab your Ice Cream Cookie Cutter and some store bought pie crust.
And just start making your Ice Cream Cones.
Place them on a cookie sheet and give them a brush of egg wash.
With a knife make a few diagonal marks on the cone.
Off to a 350 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Perfect.
Now let's make our Ice Cream Cones into a Berry Pie Cookie.
I just used store bought pie filling but
go ahead and make your own. :)
