BROWNEEZE CRACKERS

You forgot to make the Brownies? Now worries, I will cut that time in half. You will
have sweets in 15 minutes with my yummy Browneeze Crackers, done in no time.
I am sure you have all the ingredients in your pantry now.

Place 1-inch of water in a small saucepan and place over medium heat. In a heatproof bowl, add 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces, and melt it all together.

Toss in 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Brown sugar brings
out the chocolate. Remove and allow to cool to
room temperature about 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, add 1/3 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of coco powder a
and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Don't forget to salt
your sweets...1/2 teaspoon salt.

Pour into the melted cooled chocolate 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

This is where your Browneeze turn to Crackers. Two egg whites
no yolks. Egg whites make it crispy.

Whisk Whisk those egg whites in.

Add flour mixture into wet mixture.

Stir until smooth and have a taste...Yum

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour the batter and spread.

Off to a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
For a chewing version cook a bit less time.

Enjoy this while the Browneeze are cooking.

Now let this cool completely.

Start Cracking the Crackers...no knife :)

There you have it all Cracked up.

Set aside some Browneeze for yourself to enjoy!

Of course I have to share some of my Browneeze
with some friends.

Add a Pom Pom.

Perfect as a hostess gift.

Enjoy!

P.S.
