It's almost Valentines Day, when all things Pink start to pop up. So I
put on a Pink shirt and whipped up some Pink Oreo Cheesecake
Cookies. Cheese Cakes & Oreos are just one my favorites!
"Love Is In The Air"…
With your mixer beat together 4oz cream cheese and 8 tbsp. of room salted butter.
You need your "Valentine Spatula" to scrap the mixture all together.
Add in 1cup + 2 tbsp of flour, small bit at a time, beating on
low speed, just until incorporated.
Now to get our "Pink" on! Splash a few droplets of red food
coloring into the dough till you get the color Pink
you love.
With your "Valentines Spatula" give the dough a good mixing.
Not sure I have ever met anyone who does not
just love The Oreo Cookies.
Grab 10 Oreo cookies and crumble them up.
Fold in Oreos until evenly distributed. Cover bowl with plastic
wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least
45 minutes, and up to 2 hours.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out 2 tbsp size balls. Roll dough into rounds.
Place the balls on a large baking sheet lined with Parchment paper.
Lightly press down on each cookie. Off to the
oven for 10-11 minutes.
While cookies are baking go ahead and enjoy this bowl. :)
These cookies will stay very soft when remove them from the oven- thats a good thing.
