SAUSAGE AND CHEDDAR BALLS

These one-bite treats are absolutely delish. They can be formed and frozen months
in advanced. They are more like a savory biscuit than meatballs since you
start by making a dough. Yes, a kick of cayenne, cheese and
SAUSAGE!
Serve these adorable bites in a silver bowl and you are
Golden Globe Awards Ready…

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups off flour, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Toss in 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.

Give a good mix up.

Grab your grater and one half onion.

My onion is grated.

Drop in 1 pound of you favorite breakfast sausage with casings remove and the onions.
You know I'am  a Jimmy Dean Fan :)

With your hands mix until well combined.

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and grab a scooper.

Put some great music on because this part is kinda tedious. Use your scooper to
make round balls , 1/2 inch apart on the baking sheet.

This little tool makes this task so much easier :)

Bake until golden and cooked through, rotating sheet
halfway through, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.

OMG how yummy do these little nuggets look. Grab one!

My suggestion…Take the simplest of any appetizers and sever it in Sliver!
This will make it Fancy & Fabulous for your
Golden Globes Awards
Party.

While you watch the Golden Globes this Sunday pour yourself
a glass of Winter Rose because….Rose is not just for
Summer Anymore!!!

P.S.

Golden Globe Official Site.

Enjoy!
