CREAMY PARMESAN SKILLET EGGS

This dish looks like a mess but guess what, it's a happy mess in your mouth. The parmesan cheese
that the eggs cook in caramelize into sort of a crust and you will want every bite of it.
This dish is a snap to whip up and could be your go to for Sunday Breakfast
or after a late night of "Partying" :)

Grab medium bowl and whisk together 1 cup of parmesan cheese, 1/2 of cream, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. This recipe will make two
7-inch skillet portions. I just made one to share with John  to enjoy
with our Sunday morning newspaper read.

Grab your favorite cast iron skillet (because you will be eating right out of the pan) and heat up a tablespoon of butter. Take half of the cream mixture and set it on top of the melted butter.

Now off to the stove top.

Cook until the mixture is bubbling all the way through
about 1 to 2 minutes.

Crack in 2 eggs into your skillet and cook until egg whites
are set and yolks are still runny about 2 to 3 minutes.

Oh yes we dug right in with our spoons.

We dug in with our bread…

Look at all the caramelized cheese and running eggs. Are you hungry yet.

Here have a bite before we finish this dish off.

Seriously make this Creamy Parmesan Skillet Eggs Dish
and share it with someone you love XO.

P.S.

You can also do this dish in one large skillet, but it's cuter in a small one.
Thank you Chrissy Teigen for your inspiration.
