MUSTARD BALSAMIC PORK CHOPS WITH ROSEMARY

Mustard Balsamic Pork Chops with Rosemary - 5 minute prep time! These pork chops couldn't get any
easier, they're so delicious and tender, they simply melt in your mouth. Feel free to grill these
pork chops outside but they are much better baked in the marinade. They got so
tender, you almost don't even need a knife to cut them.
I may bottle this marinade it's just that GOOD!

Get 6 great pork chops from your local market and salt & pepper them.

Grab a casserole dish and mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2tbsp grainy mustard (I used Dijon Wholegrain Mustard), 1tbsp dry or fresh rosemary (coarsely chopped) for the marinade.

The trick to this dish is to be patient and let the pork chops marinade for a bit, at least and hour,
but it would be best if it could go longer. Ideal situation would be over night.
Pop into a 425 degree oven for about 45 minutes. You will love
the smell in your kitchen as they cook away :)

I hope everyone is hungry because we are ready to eat. YUM…

You can just see all the wholegrain mustard seeds here.
Pour the wine John lets eat…

Enjoy!

P.S. I served this dish with green beans, my crispy muffin potatoes stacks and a green salad.
