This Raspberry Pumpkin Bread is just Delicious and
packed with the cozy Fall flavors!

It's the kind of homemade treat that smells Incredible
while baking and Tastes even better.

Classic Pumpkin Bread is always a repeat and you can change
it up this time of year with different fruits just like
 the beautiful changing Fall Leaves.

Instead of Raspberries try Blueberries or Strawberries.

Let's Get Baking.

Pumpkin Bread is one of my favorite things to bake when the weather
cools down. It's simple, cozy and always a hit anytime of the day.

Grab....

1 3/4 cup of Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Tumble all the dry ingredients into a bowl.

Give the bowl a whisking.

For The Wet Ingredients.

In a large bowl tumble in 2 cups of Pumpkin Puree

NOT Pumpkin Pie Filling.

Add in 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar to the bowl.

Toss in 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar.

Crack two Eggs into the bowl.

Pour in 3/4 cup of Vegetable Oil.

Pour in 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.

Grab your hand mixer and give the bowl a
blend till it is smooth.

With a Leopard Spatula scrape the sides of the bowl.

Grab that bowl with the dry ingredients.

Tumble the dry ingredients into the Pumpkin Mixture
and then decide which Spoon to use to
mix everything together.

Dior or Prada?

Grab your Leopard Spatula and have a Taste.

Yum Yum Yum!

Dice up about a cup of fresh Raspberries.

Tumble the Raspberries into the Pumpkin batter
and give the bowl a gentle stir.

You can make several mini Pumpkin Breads
or one large Pumpkin Bread depending on you loaf Pan.

Butter up your Loaf Pan well.

Pour the Pumpkin Batter into the pan and smooth it out.

Maureen came in to put the Pumpkin Bread
into a 350 degree oven to bake for 55-65 minutes.

She set my timer for me too because she knows
I can easily get Distracted. :)

While you wait for your kitchen to smell
Amazing enjoy a few licks.

Yum!

Maureen said the Pumpkin Bread is done!

While the bread is still hot grab some Butter.

Slather some butter over all of the Raspberry Pumpkin Bread.

Pull the Bread out of the pan and start slicing

This Raspberry Pumpkin Bread is so Tasty
all by itself but if you can add Butter to something...
I Add Butter.

Why not add a little Raspberry Jam too.

Delicious!

When you want something Easy, Satisfying and Sweet
make some Pumpkin Bread.

Pumpkin Spice Is Everything Nice.

Enjoy!

P.S.

How Do You Fix A Broken Pumpkin?
