CHINESE BEEF, BROCCOLI AND CASHEW STIR FRY

 


Live from "Red's China Kitchen"

This Chinese Beef, Broccoli and Cashew Stir Fry has an
addictive delicious sauce that is super quick to make from scratch.

It rivals even the Best Chinese "Takeout".

I don't know if you are ready for this dish yet
but ready or not here it comes.


Ingredients from "Red's China Kitchen"

Making this dish in your own Kitchen is so good that
you will forget all about "Takeout".


Slice and trim the fat off  3 lbs. of beef.


You will need about 3 cups Broccoli Florets.

If you Love Broccoli add more :)


That was an easy Prep.


For That Incredible Sauce I Was Talking About...Whisk

1 cup of Beef Broth
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. of Sesame Oil
3 cloves of minced Garlic


In a large pot or a deep skillet, heat up some 
Olive Oil over medium high heat.


Bit of Salt & Pepper to the pot.


Tumble in the Broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes
tossing and stirring. You will want it to be tender and crisp.


Remove the Broccoli and set it aside.

For sure I grabbed a Floret and ate one just now, yes I did. :)


To the pot add some more Olive Oil, Salt and a bit of Flour.

Add half of the sliced beef and saute it in batches for about
3-4 minutes until brown. Remember to Toss and Stir
because it is called a Stir Fry, right?


This batch is ready to come out of the pot.


Set the Beef aside and cook the second batch up.


Toss all the cooked Beef back into the pot.


Toss the Broccoli back into the pot with the Beef.


Give the pot a Stir Fry.


Grab the DELICIOUS sauce and pour it all in.


Stir and cook on medium low heat.


Shake in some Toasted Sesame Seeds.

I LOVE Sesame Seeds so much so lots of Shakes!


Tumble in some Cashews (as many as you like :)

Stir Stir Stir.


This Beef, Broccoli and Cashew dish is Absolutely
Fantastic with slices of tender Beef smothered in a delicious
Sweet and Savory Sauce.

Let"s Eat Now Please!


I serve my Chinese Beef, Broccoli and Cashew Stir Fry
with some Rice but you could just eat it
in a bowl with no rice too.

Either way you will want to go in for SECONDS.


Load up a serving bowl and top it with Green Onions.


Grab Some Chop Sticks And Enjoy!
