Next week is St. Patrick's Day...
If you know, you know.
It means
Corned Beef & Cabbage is cooking in your kitchen.
I say once a year is not enough for such an easy
Delicious Dish!
With The Luck Of The Irish Let's Get Cooking.
Load up your CrockPot with some
Carrots, Onions and those Irish Potatoes.
Pour in some Beef Broth & Guinness Beer to cover the vegetables.
If there is some left over Guinness in the can
Guzzle it down like an Irishman.
Place the Corned Beef on top of the vegetables
and dollop with some Irish Butter.
Place the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Be sure to have some Animals and a Leprechaun
keep an eye on it while it cooks. They will enjoy the fabulous Aroma
This Leprechaun has been doing the Irish Jig
right on this CrockPot.
About 25 minutes before it's done place the Cabbage in.
I like my Cabbage to be a bit crunchy.
Mr. Leprechaun said grab the Guinness, the
Corned Beef & Cabbage is done and its time to eat and party.
I truly need to make Corned Beef & Cabbage more often
because I Love It Soooo Much!
Enjoy And Get That Irish Jig Going!
