This Creamy White Chicken Chile is one of those recipes that feels

like a hug in a bowl. It's made with juicy shredded chicken, 

soft white beans, green chiles and a creamy, flavorful

broth that ties everything together perfectly like a

TOUCHDOWN!

I said this recipe was SIMPLE so grab two Roast Chickens

from your favorite market... it's not cheating.

Don't be roasting your own Chicken :)

Pull off all the Chicken and set it aside.

It's Kick Off Time In My Kitchen Now!

Dice up one large Onion.

Mince up as much Garlic as your taste buds Cheer for.

I Cheer For Lots.

In a large Dutch Oven saute the Onions & Garlic 

with some olive oil till tender.

Grab about two cups of the Roasted Chicken

you shredded up.

Tumble in the Chicken to the pot and add 

The Next Players...

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Chile Powder

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Oregano

Toss into the pot 2 cans of White Beans drained and 

rinsed and a can of diced Green Chiles.

The Coaches are coming onto the field now.

Two cups of Chicken Stock goes in.

Yes, pour the whole bottle of Corona Beer right into the game. :)

Some Salt & Pepper players to taste.

Add a little Football Punt with some Red Pepper Flakes.

I say "HUP, HUP, HIKE" with the spice.

More Players into the game!

Pour in 1/2 cup of Cream & 1/2 cup of Sour Cream.

Turn the heat up and bring the Chile to a hot simmer.

Toss in some Monterey Jack Cheese.

Time to check the score with a taste.

Bring in more Green Chiles, Red Pepper Flakes and Salt :)
