Do You Love A Homemade Vintage Southern Style Cheese Cookies?

Well here is the recipe for a Delicious Classic Cheese Cookie.

These Cheese Cookies are perfect for any Party.

Seriously there is no way you can just eat one!

Let's get our Snap, Crackle and Pop going in the
kitchen to make the Vintage Cheese Cookies.

In a large bowl tumble in 1 cup of soft butter.

Shred up 2 cups of Cheddar Cheese.

We are going to get a Cheese Buzz! :)

Tumble in 2 cups of the cheese to the bowl.

No CHEESE left behind, into the bowl this goes.

Dollop in 2 tsp of the famous Dijon Mustard.

Few shakes of Hot Sauce.

Cream everything together well.

Truck in the classic Kelloggs Rice Krispy Cereal.

Wow, does this bring back some childhood memories. :)

Shake 2 cups of the Rice Krispies into the bowl.

Sprinkle in 2 tsp of Salt.

Pour in 2 cups of Flour.

Give the bowl a mix.

Tumble the dough on to the counter and
Smush Smush with your hands.

Roll the dough into 1' inch diameter, 1/4-1/2 thick rounds.

Cheese Log Perfection :)

Wrap the rolls up and toss in the fridge
till your ready to bake.

Because why not!
The box of Rice Krispies is right there. YUM

I trucked out two of my Cheese Logs to bake.

Slice the Cheese Logs up.

Place the Cheese Slices on a butter baking dish
with a sprinkle of salt.

Bake in a 300 degree oven for about 1/2 hour.
Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.

Cheese Buzz Right Here!
