CHICKEN TACO SOUP

 


Chicken Taco Soup!

If you are craving something Hearty, Flavorful and Downright Comforting,
then this easy Chicken Taco Soup is your new best friend 
for cozy days and cozy nights!

This Taco Soup is loaded with bold spices, tender chicken, and
a medley of colorful veggies. This soup comes together in
under 30 minutes and offers the perfect zest of Warmth.

I also call this "Freezer Friday Soup" because I make sure
I whip up a HUGE pot of soup to Freeze on a Friday!

Perfect for those days you crave soup but don't want to COOK.

Fabulous Freezers Are Filled With Fabulous Soups, Right :)


 And this is how my John helps me fill
The Taco Soup for freezing! LOL

The Taster He Is...


Chop up a several colorful Peppers.


Toss the peppers into a large Dutch Oven pot.


Add in 4 or 5 cloves of chopped Garlic . 
If you love garlic add more. :)


One chopped Onion into the pot next.


Pour some Olive Oil and Salt & Pepper to the pot.


Cook the vegetables on medium heat until slightly
soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

This builds the flavorful base for the soup.


Grab your Taco Seasonings mix.


I shook in two packets and may add more after my taste test.


Grab 4 containers of your favorite Chicken Broth.


Pouring in 4 containers of Chicken Both .
Stir and continue to cook 
on low heat.


Pour in 2 cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes to the Taco Party.


Grab your 4 pounds of Roast Chicken that you cooked
yesterday and remove all the Chicken

Tumble this Carcass straight into The Taco Party Soup
because it will be the life of the PaRtY with..

Flavor & More Chicken 


This Chicken Taco Soup is smelling so great.

 Give me some now Delicious!


Chop the Chicken into bite size pieces.


Tumble the Chicken in and continue to cook on low heat.


Pour in 2 cans of Dice Green Chiles to the pot.


Grab a bag of frozen Fire Roasted Sweet Corn.

Fire Roasted I think is the best in this Chicken Taco Soup.


Stir and continue to cook but there is more coming to this

Chicken Taco Soup Party!


Taste time and I decided it needed...


One more packet of Taco Seasoning.


Time to remove the Chicken Carcass but save
all the deliciousness right here.


All the deliciousness from the Chicken Carcass goes right into the pot.


Pull the soup off the stove and decide if you
want Black Olives in the soup.

I say "YES".


Two cans of drained Black Beans are a must
in a Chicken Taco Soup. :)


Stir, and back on the stove to medium heat
for just the temperature you want
to serve your soup.

I Say Serve It Hot.

It's time to serve up the soup to our friends.

Beer or Wine pairs perfectly with this bowl of Chicken Taco Soup...Just Saying


Dollop Will Do Ya With A Bit Of Sour Cream!

Skies the limit on what to top your Chicken Taco Soup.


Please have a Sip because it is just a Spectacular
PaRtY in your mouth. YUM!

Like I said It was " Freezer Friday" with the
Chicken Taco Soup.


Containers are almost Ready to freeze.

Off to the freezer but one container of
The Chicken Taco Soup goes to the refrigerator for....


Our Midnight Snack. :)
