Classic Banana Bread is always a Repeat and a Change up
in my house. Sometimes there are Strawberries,
Blueberries or Raspberries that add to the
YUM!
The aroma of fresh baked Banana Bread is an invitation to
comfort and deliciousness all at once!
I have Freezer Goals too....
I bake two loaves of Banana Bread and save in the
freezer to enjoy later.
Yes, sometimes I share a loaf or two with friends :)
Blueberry Banana Bread.
Lets get some Raspberry Banana Bread Going In The Kitchen!
In a MEDIUM bowl whisk together....
1 1/2 cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon of fine Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground Nutmeg
In a LARGER bowl beat together...
1 cup of Sugar
1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
2 Bananas coarsely mashed
Add in 1 cup of Blueberries or Raspberries.
Give the bowl a gentle mix.
Add all the dry ingredients into this bowl and then another mix.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.

Off to the oven with this loaf of bread too.!

you can't smell it :)

While the bread is still hot spread some butter over the top.
