Honey and Soy Sauce Pork Chops is a succulent and flavorful twist to the
traditional pork chop dinner. This dish combines the sweet
aromatic flavors of the the honey and the tang
from the Soy Sauce which is just delightful.
Wait till you taste the nutty cashews and pea pods all
smothered in this delicious glaze too.
Honey, what can be better than a tender juicy Pork Chop
prepared with honey?
It's a one skillet irresistible meal and perfect for your
weeknight meal or a special occasion.
Toss some cashews into the skillet on medium heat
to get a nice color on them.
After the perfect color just set them aside. Grab a nibble too :)
Blanch the beautiful green pea pods in boiling water
for only 30 seconds. You want to keep
the Green & Crunch on them.
Drain and dry the pea pods and set them aside. Grab a nibble too :)
Salt and Pepper five boneless pork chops on both sides well.
For The Glaze....
4 cloves of Garlic
1/3 cup of Honey
2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Grab that skillet and heat up 2 tbs of butter.
Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or
until they're golden brown and cooked through.
My pork chops have that perfect color on them so
time to pull them off the skillet.
Pour in 1/4 cup of chicken broth and a bit of butter to deglaze the pan,
scraping up and brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Pour the glaze into the skillet and nestle the pork chops
in and flipping them over several times.
Place the skillet back on the stove to simmer 2-3 minutes
or until slightly thickened.
This skillet party needs those Cashews & Pea Pods
so toss them in and get them coated in the glaze.
Sprinkle all over the top some roasted sesame seeds & green onions!
Grab a plate because it's time to enjoy this mouthwatering
pan-seared pork chop dish....NOW
Enjoy!
