This beautiful mix of zucchini, red peppers, cherry tomatoes and basil
came strait from my home grown vegetable garden.
Raising a vegetable garden has never been easier-or more Fun!
Yes, this was my first Rodeo!
My raised containers came from William Sonoma.
I planted lettuce, arugula, basil, cherry tomatoes, yellow zucchini, Italian parsley and red peppers.
It's amazing to see how fast everything grew.
My favorite flower the "Hydrangeas" added so much color to my vegetable garden.

My perfect spot for watching my garden
grow sipping a nice cold ice tea.

I am making something very simple and with my zucchini and red pepper.
I simply sliced up my home grown garden vegetables.
Tossed the vegetables in my Dutch Oven with some olive oil,
herbs of Provence, salt and pepper. Saute :)
That simple…YUM!
Little topping of Parmesan cheese and fresh basil from the garden.
This dish makes me Happy!
