Valentine Bark

This was a quick fun recipe I made to bring to a  " Girls Valentine Lunch " that we had at The Buckeye Road House.

My girlfriend and I decided that we were not going to do" Party Favors " for our table at The Buckeye. After all, it was a very last minute planned lunch. I could not help myself…I made Valentine Bark in a flash.

Haaa, I was not the only one with " Party Favors "on my mind.

We had fun with lots of Giggles & Gifts.

INGREDIENTS

1 package chocolate chip morsels
1 package white chocolate morsels
pink food coloring
1 package M&M's
Assorted heart sprinkles

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate morsels  in the microwave. Pour onto lined baking sheet and evenly spread into a thin layer with a bright colored spatula. Chill in the fridge until harden.
Melt the white chocolate morsels in the microwave, then use the pink food coloring to tint it to the desired color. Evenly spread on top of the layer of chocolate and sprinkle the M&M's and Sprinkles on top. Press lightly to adhere. Chill in the fridge until set, then remove from the parchment paper and break into pieces.

Enjoy!

P.S. Change up the colors for any event. Not just Valentines.
