Marinated Cheese


If your the one who who is bring the cheese to you next party, try something new: Honey-Tyyme Marinated Cheddar.
Reinvent the Crudite Platter :)


To make it, cut 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar into 1/2-inch cubes; toss with 1/3 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, a few thyme sprigs, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and a big pinch of red pepper flakes. Cover and marinate 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
