I have a Doughvelopement !The extended title of this post should be: Super easy Overnight 4- Ingredient Dutch Oven Bread. I have attempted bread with the help of a Bread Machine and also the the long Self Kneading way, both I failed miserably. Since than I have always been weary of yeast. Well, I have over come my fear of yeast! This bread is Ridiculously Easy.
Here we go.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, and yeast until thoroughly combined.
Add in warm water, stirring with a wooden spoon until dough comes together. Do not over mix. Cover bowl with plastic, cover with a kitchen towel. Let the dough rise for at least 8 hours, but up to 24 hours. I did over night because I had other things going on. The dough will double in size.
After the dough has risen and you are ready to bake, preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Once the oven is preheated, place the empty Dutch Oven with the lid on into the oven to pre-heat for 30 min.
While the Dutch Oven is pr-heating you have a few more easy steps. Flour hands and flour a clean surface; turn the dough out onto the floured surface. Form the dough into a ball. Cover in plastic wrap and let dough rest till the Dutch Oven is done heating up.
Place ball of dough, on a piece greased parchment ( this way bread won’t stick to parchment ) and carefully lower dough onto the pre-heated Dutch Oven. The sides are HOT be careful.
Replace the lid on the Dutch Oven ( Use your hot mitts cause the handle is HOT ). Bake covered for 30 min. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and crusty. To check for doneness you can carefully lift up parchment and knock on the bottom of the bread, it should sound hollow when done.
Let rest for 10 Minutes before eating…. If you Can wait.

I could not wait ! Wow, is smells as good as it taste. This bread was so easy that I think the Little Red Hen could have made it all by herself. She did a lot of complaining and looking for someone to help her BAKE THE BREAD. Right. She so could have handled this recipe.
Ingredients
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Instant Yeast
1 ½ Cups Warm Water (100 – 110 degrees F)
I may even try adding Cheese, Olives, or Rosemary next time.
Enjoy
