STUFFED PEPPER SOUP

Now That The Cool Fall Air Has Just Breezed In
It's Officially "Ladle & Spoon " Season!

This easy to make Stuffed Pepper Soup is loaded with colorful
Peppers, Spicy Sausage, Ground Beef, Rice
and Seasonings!

So many Yummy, Tasty, Delicious flavors right here!

Serve it up in an Orange Pepper bowl and call it

Pure Cozy Comfort :)

On a cool, Fall day lets get some soup on the stove!

Dice up one large Onion.

Dice up four colorful Peppers.

All the colors of Fall Leaves in one bowl :)

Mince up a few cloves of Garlic.

Grab a big, colorful Dutch Oven and tumble the
Onions and Garlic right on in.

Toss in 1 1/2 pounds of Ground Beef and 1 pound
of Spicy Sausage to the pot.

Stir and cook the Meat with Onions and Garlic on
medium high until no pink remains.

I love my Spoon Spatula because it works
like a Spatula right here.

My Spoon Spatula works like a Spoon right here :)

Measure out 6 cups of Beef Broth and
pore it into the pot.

Next into the pot is 15 oz of Crushed Tomatoes.

Give this all a good stir.

Tumble all the colorful Peppers right on into the PaRty!

Salt and Pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce.

Sprinkle in about a teaspoon of Italian Seasoning.

Bring the Stuffed Pepper Soup up to a boil, reduce the heat
to medium low and let simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.

Have a taste to see if you want to add something else in.

I always say "YES" to Red Pepper Flakes . :)

Now put a lid on the Stuffed Pepper Soup till
you are ready to Ladle up.

Why did I not put the rice in the Soup you asked???

I put the Parsley Rice into the Pepper Bowls
as I serve it up.

This recipe makes lots and I love to freeze any leftovers to
enjoy later and rice just doesn't freeze well.

When there is a chill in the air a
Spoon & Ladle will appear!

These are my Beautiful "Deruta" plates that John
and I bought in Deruta, Italy several years ago.

To serve the Stuffed Pepper Soup, hollow out as many
Peppers as you need for dinner.

I needed four.

Parsley Rice goes in first to the Pepper bowl.

Ladle in the Stuffed Pepper Soup.

Absolutely fill the deep dish plate too with more of the

Stuffed Pepper Soup!

Please have a sip but blow on it first
because it's coming in HOT...

I hope you make this Stuffed Pepper Soup because
it is filled with DELICIOUS flavors.

Enjoy!

P.S.

My leftover goodness was heated up a few
days later in my Visionware :)

Stuffed Pepper Soup Is A Bowl Of Pure Comfort :)

Don't Get Too Stuffed!
