GAME DAY K-ASSEROLE

Kick Off Football Season with a tasty Game Day K-asserole!

I just love Football so much but if you don't, you can...

Kiss My K-asserole!

Just kidding, but you will love this K-asserole because it is filled with
tortillas, flavorful beef, black beans, a hearty combination
of melted cheese and much, much MORE!

This is definitely a crowd-pleaser for your
Football Game Day Parties!

The Team Is Ready!

My favorite team is The San Francisco Forty Niners.

So cooking with their color Red...

If you're not cheering for my Team then you can just...

Kiss My K-asserole!

Just kidding.

Cook in your own team's color on Game Day!

In a large Dutch oven add 2 pounds of ground beef
and 1 diced onion, salt and pepper.

Cook and brown the ground beef until no pink remains.

Now we will add the players to the field.

To the pot add in...

1 1/2 packets of Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Oregano
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes With Green Chiles

Dollop in some Salsa.

There are no Rules in this game so add as much
as you like to make it medium or hot. :)

Small bag of frozen roasted Corn.

Players next on the field...

Can of Black Beans.
Can of Chopped Green Chiles.

Have a taste because maybe you want to
add even another player to the field.

Turn the heat onto medium and cook for about
2-3 minutes and then remove the pot.

Players are ready and time to assemble the
Game Day K-asserole!

Grab a baking dish that is shaped like a
Football in your team's color.

Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture into the baking dish.

Tear the flour tortillas into 4 triangles.

Set the Tottllas on top of the meat mixture for the fist layer.

Another layer of meat on top of the Tortillas.

Sprinkle of mixed cheeses over the meat.

Black Olives all over!

Another layer of Tortillas.

More Meat over the Tortillas again.

Again a sprinkle of Cheese & Olives.

Yes, last layer of the Tortillas :)

The last layer of the meat mixture!

More Cheese Please.

Now Kick This K-asserole into a 375 degree
oven for about 30-35 minutes.

I have some meat mixture left over and I
will show you what I did
down below :)

My K-asserole is done but one more step.

Make it a Football with some green onions :)

Grab some drinks because the Football game
is starting and it's time to slice and PaRtY.

Slice up the Game Day K-asserole
in your team color...

Red For Me!

Add some sour cream and hot sauce if you like.

I am a team player so have a bite!

I made Mini Tacos with my leftover meat :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

I hope your team Kicks Some K-asserole down the
field this weekend but just not my 49ers !!!!

If they do you can kiss my K-asserole....Just Kidding :)

GO NINERS!
