ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches for the first day of

SUMMER!

There's nothing quite like a Chocolate Chip cookie, except for two Chocolate Chip

cookies sandwiched together with ice cream and covered

with colorful tasty sprinkles.

These Cookie Ice Cream sandwiches use a quick no-chill cookie

dough recipe right from your market so you can whip

up these delicious treats fast!

Summer has started in my kitchen.

Flower Arrangement First :)

I strongly recommend using the Mini Toll House cookie

dough because it makes it that much simpler

to get that Ice Cream Sandwich made.

Start by breaking up each square in the packet.

Place the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet and

bake in a 350 degree oven for about

10 minutes.

When the cookies come out let them completely

cool on a rack before you assemble your

Mini Ice Crean Sandwiches!

It's time to make our Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Grab your favorite brand of Ice Cream 

and scoop it on to a cookie.

I love Haagen-Dazs :)

Top the cookie with another cookie and a gentle press.

You want the Ice Cream to ooze out just a bit.

Roll the edges in the colorful Sprinkles.

Pop the Ice Cream Sandwiches into the freezer as you make them.

Let them all chill for about 3 hours.

There is a Party in my freezer and a Mess in my kitchen.

 Sprinkles everywhere LOL...

Now you have some cookies left over to make

even more Ice Cream Sandwiches.
