Baked BBQ Kielbasa Sausage is coated in a sweet and tangy sauce then
baked until crispy around the edges. Absolutely delicious
and couldn't be easier to make.

BBQ & Beers are perfect way to get your Sausage Dance
on for your Memorial Day weekend fun!
Ingredients to get that BBQ dance going.
In a bowl add in 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups
of you favorite BBQ sauce.
With a red spatula give the bowl a mix breaking
up all the brown sugar.
Dollop in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
Pour in 2 teaspoons of Liquid Smoke.
What a game changer this Liquid Smoke makes to many recipes :)
Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of Red Pepper flakes and
more if you LOVE the heat.
Mix Mix Mix.
Stir Stir Stir.
Have a taste...

Slice up 2 to 3 pounds of Kielbasa Sausage into 1/2-inch slices.
Grease up a bright Red baking dish for the sausage.
Red for Memorial Day, right?
Slice the sausage and tumble into the baking dish.
We are ready for the Yummy BBQ Sauce.
POUR IT ALL IN :)
Now make sure to mix the sauce all over each piece of
sausage and yes, use your hands too :)
Now let's Truck this baking dish to the oven.
You could certainly cook the sausage on
your outside grill too.
Bake the sausage uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time pull the
sausage out and give the dish a stir.
Back into the oven to continue cooking.
Eat that one sausage on the spoon because you deserve it :)
