This Salad Is As Cool As He Is!
With warm weather approaching I am here for it.
As Stanley say's "I am going to make a Salad that I love and
it's great in the Spring & Summer".
Grab a variety of these simple vegetables and let's make.
Stanley Tucci's Tuscan Bean & Tuna Salad.
Tucci's beloved Salad combines Tomatoes, Cucumber,
Red Onions and Basil tossed together to start.
Tucci rarely shares exact measurements :)
In go the Cannellini Beans slightly warm.
In goes the Tuna packed in Olive Oil.
Grab a bottle of Olive Oil because Tucci says
"This is a simple Dressing".
A Healthy Drizzle of Olive Oil.
Stanley says " A Copious Amount".
A bit of Salt & Pepper.
Stanley tosses the salad to mix the flavors but, also to let
the Beans work some magic.
Naturally Tucci pairs this Bean & Tuna Salad with a glass of
"San Pallegrino" :)
