NO-KNEAD BREAD

When it's Raining and Cold outside what do you do?

Make Bread.

This Quick and Easy No-Knead Bread can be made by the most amateur
bakers, and it turns out bakery-style. It's amazing how pantry
staples can create a perfect crust on the outside while
chewy on the onside artisan bread.

Give it a try and see how easy it is to enjoy freshly baked bread
from your KITCHEN :)

In a large bowl add in...

3 cups of Flour
1 packet of Active Dry Yeast
1 /1/2 tsp of Salt
1 1/2 cups of warm Water

With a spoon mix all the ingredients together. The dough
will be sticky, thats okay :)

My Sticky Dough.

Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest (proof) in a
draft-free place. (like a turned -off oven) for 2-3
hours, or until doubled in volume.

While the dough is rising go play out in the
rain because it can be Fun.

When I was done playing in the rain I grabbed my knitting
and turned on a good Netflix movie.

I Do Love My Rainy Days!

Wouza, my dough doubled in size.

Heat the oven to 450 degrees and place a Dutch oven (with lid)
in the oven while it preheats.

Sprinkle some flour on the counter and turn the dough onto the
counter. Gently fold sides of the dough inward to form
it into a round shape. Add flour to your hands to
prevent the dough from sticking to them.

Take the HOT Dutch oven out of the oven.

Using a dough scraper or knife, transfer the dough to a .
piece of parchment paper and into the
Dutch oven.

Place the lid on and bake the bread inside the Dutch Oven
for 30 minutes.

Remove the lid and bake for 15 minutes more or
until bread is golden brown.

My Bread Is Done Cooking.

Wow does my kitchen smell Fabulous!

The little things that make me HaPpY.

Carefully lift the bread out of the Dutch oven
because it is HOT.

I am not even going to cut this bread yet because
I just want to gaze at it for a bit.

Delicious Homemade Bread!

Enjoy!
