APPLE PORK CHOPS

This crave-able Apple Pork Chops recipe has all the flavor you
want in a Fall dish. Mouthwatering ingredients like apples,
pork, honey, Dijon and garlic make this simple recipe
into something amazing.

Now you have the Fall Foliage right in your kitchen!

Fall into Fall baking...

In a 9x13 inch baking dish stir together....

3 tablespoons of Honey
2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon of minced Garlic
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

Add in the juice of one lemon.

Now give the baking dish a good stir.

Pat dry the pork chops.

Place the pork chops into the sauce then salt and pepper both sides.

Cover with plastic foil and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Does anyone else wish they would stop putting stickers on the fruit?  :)

Slice up the apples into wedges. I used Gala apples
but any apple would be delicious like
a Granny Smith.

Tuck the apples in all around the pork chops and
bake in a 425 degree oven for about
5O minutes.

Off to the oven and soon this kitchen will be smelling like Fall.

Got to set my timer :)

What goes great with Apple Pork Chops?

Your favorite rice would be excellent and a side of Butternut Squash :)

After 50 minutes pull the Pork Chops out and flip
them over to get the other side dipped in the lush juices.

Put the oven on 'Broil" and cook the Pork Chops an additional
10 minutes until you get a good color brown on them.

Keep a close eye not to burn when you Broil !!!

My Pork Chops are Perfect and wow does this look Yummy!

Rice is done too.

Fall Foliage in one baking dish and now it's time to eat.

Grab a plate and lets start serving some Apple Pork Chops.

I just love Fall meals.

Have a bite because it is DELICIOUS.

Enjoy!

P.S.

Yes, you can have another bite.

If you have leftovers store the Pork Chops and Apples with
the juices in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Enjoy The Fall...

Just Don't Trip And Fall :)
