MEXICAN LASAGNA

Easy, Cheesy Mexican Lasagna is made with a seasoned beef
mixture that's layered between flour tortillas and a blend of
cheese plus lots more then baked until bubbly in
a casserole dish.

Beyond Delish!

It's not Taco Tuesday it's Taco Today!

You could have a Margarita while you make this
Mexican Lasagna...just saying.

Saute one onion in some butter in a large Yellow pot.

Add in a bit of garlic.

To the onions add in 1 pound of ground beef and cook on
medium heat until the meat is browned.

Grab my favorite Taco Seasoning,...
I meant your favorite Taco Seasoning!

Sprinkle in two packets of Taco Seasoning and stir.

Tumble in as much corn as you like :)

Grab your fresh Salsa.

Tumble in the Salas to the Taco Party next. Give the
pot a mix and pull it off the stove.

Add a jar of Pace Salsa to give the Taco
mixture some spicy liquid.

Grab a can of Mild or Hot diced green chiles.

Tumble the chiles into the Taco Party.

Black olives Salsa Danced into the Taco Party too.

The black beans showed up to really get the Taco Party going.

Have a taste, wait, no, I meant have a sip of your Margarita!

Spread a bit of the Taco mixture on to a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Tear the flour tortillas into 4 pieces.

Top the taco meat with the tortillas to cover the meat.

Another layer of Taco meat.

Top with lots of cheese and black olives next.

Continue layering tortillas, meat mixture and cheese to form 3 layers.

Cover the Casserole with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Take the casserole out of the oven and remove the foil.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes longer to
really get that CHEESE melted.

Well, "Hola", Mexican Lasagna!
