BLACK CHEERY ICE CREAM

 


Black Cherry Ice Cream Is Absolutely Delicious!

You will be saying I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For

Black Cherry Ice Cream!

The best part of this recipe is that there are just 4 ingredients. This easy
no churn ice cream recipe takes just 15 minutes to prep
for a creamy and yummy treat that is perfect
all Summer long.


First your going to need a truckload of Black Cherries.


Pulse up about 3 cups of your cherries to the desired consistency.


Perfect chunky pulse for me.


Place the cherries in a pot on the stove top over medium heat
and cook, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes.


Cook till the cherries soften and juices release.


Pull the cherries off the stove and pour them into
a bowl and then pop in freezer till just cold.


Now Lets Make Ice Cream!


Measure out 2 cups of heavy cream.


Place the heavy whipping cream into a bowl and whip to
stiff peaks using a hand mixer.


Add to the cream 14 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.


Tumble in the luscious Black Cherries.


Gently give the bowl a mix to combined it all together.

I could actually eat this soon to be ice cream like this ....YUM.


Grab a 9 inch loaf pan.


Pour the ice cream into the pan and cover with plastic wrap
 so that it sits directly on the ice cream.

Freeze the ice cream for 6-8 hours until completely
set before serving.


Just enough left over for a mini one :)
