On St. Patricks Day we need a delicious dessert that
will make us do a crazy wild Irish Jig!
These Bailey's Irish Cream Brownies start with a box mix, but no
one will ever know because they are that good.
Adding Irish Cream to the boxed brownies mix adds just the right hint
of flavor that will make all your Leprechaun friends Say
"Paddy is there booze in these brownies because
they are DELICIOUS"!
But why stop there? I take the brownie box over the top and
make a Chocolate Ganache and infuse it with...Bailey's Irish Cream!
Then I Pour It All Over The Top.
Let's get some "Shamrocking" going on in the kitchen!
Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions.
The Star of the Show is the Bailey's so pour
into the bowl 1/4 cup of the yum!
With a Irish Green spatula give the bowl a good mix.
Grab your festive Shamrock baking pan because this dessert is for
St. Patricks Day, right?
Pour all the batter into the Shamrock pan. Those little bumps
are chocolate chips that came in my favorite
brownie mix from Ghirardelli.
My brownies will cook in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes
according to the box direction. Timer is set.
Yes I will enjoy this :)
The Bailey's Irish Cream Brownies are done but let
them completely cool before the Ganache
goes over the top!
To make this incredible Chocolate Ganache add in
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/3 cup heavy cream and
1/3 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream to a medium
Irish Green Pot.
Place the pot on low and cook till all the ingredients have melted.
Pour the Chocolate Ganache all over the top of
the brownie Shamrock.
Using your Irish Eyes decorate with some
green sprinkles!
Before cutting the brownies, pour yourself a cup of
Bailey's Irish Cream in a Green glass :)
What size brownie would you like?
You will be doing the Irish Jig after eating this
brownie and drink a few glasses of
Baileys Irish Cream!
It's St. Patricks Day so dance and sing away!
You know how you dip an Oreo cookie in milk, well
look what I am about to do. Yes I Am
I had the Luck Of The Irish with this Sous Chef
helping me in my kitchen baking today!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Enjoy!
P.S.
I will be Enhancing more of my desserts with some
Bailey's Irish Cream often because
