CASHEW CHICKEN STIR-FRY

 

This Cashew Chicken dish is a total Chinese "Takeout Fake-Out" because you

make it from your own kitchen and no ordering needed. 

It's Delicious!

It just might be way better than your local Chinese Takeout in your own town.

The dish is flavor packed with vegetables, chicken all smothered in 

Soy Sauce and more! 

Cashew Chicken has become one of our favorite dinner recipes

to make in our house, almost once a week! Which is why

I am excited to share this recipe with you!

Your Going To Love It...

Your ingredients are all right here :)

Cut up two large boneless skinless chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces.

Chop up some celery into good bite size pieces.

One red pepper chopped up.

1 head broccoli cut into small florets. I actually added more :)

Set this all aside while you whip up the fabulous sauce :)

Whisk together....

1/2 cup of Soy Sauce

2 tbsp of Honey

2 tsp of Sesame Oil

Have a taste because you may want to add a little more of this or that :)

In a large skillet over high heat add some canola oil and two cloves of minced garlic.

Toss in all the vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes until soft.

Throw the chicken in and cook until golden.

Dash of pepper never hurts :)

Keep stirring the pan and toss in about 1/2 cup of cashews or more.

This is looking perfect,

Pour all that yummy sauce all over the top.

Give the pan lots of stirs making sure ever thing gets covered

in the sauce. Cook until thickened about 5 minutes.

Pinch of salt. 

Woza! This Smells So Good.

Go set your table because it's almost time to eat.

You can serve this dish right from the pan or transfer it to a platter.

Sprinkle over the top some roasted sesame seeds and green onions.

Pour The Wine Please!

This would taste great over a bed of rice too.
