One of the best parts of this Tuscan Chicken is that it cooks while you
enjoy the gorgeous early spring weather outside and dinner
is ready when you are!

Grab your ingredients...

8 Bone-In Chicken Thighs
Heavy Cream
Garlic
Chicken Broth
Italian Seasoning
Crushed Red Chile Flakes
Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Spinach
Kalamata Olives
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Parmesan Cheese

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium sauce pan.

Toss in 6 cloves of minced garlic with the butter.

Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream.

Add to the pot 1/3 cup of chicken broth.

Give the cream mixture a stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Set heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. The sauce should thicken
enough to coat the back of the spoon.

Remove the skin off of the 8 chicken thighs.

Place the chicken into the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Sprinkle over the top of the chicken...

1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon of Red Chile Flakes
Salt & Pepper

Slice up 1/2 cup of Sun-dried tomatoes.

Top the chicken with the tomatoes and olives next.

Pour in the cream all over the top.

Little bit of the tomato juice would never hurt over the chicken.

Put the lid on and set it on low for 8 hours
The kitchen will soon smell
DIVINE!

Almost time to eat....

Grab that big bag of fresh Spinach.

Toss the spinach in and stir for a few minutes, until the spinach wilts.
