This Cowboy Stew is for sure a Touchdown on game-day
so move over Chile, there is a new dish at this
Stadium!

This recipe is a no fuss big meal packed full of delicious flavors that you can
whip up in no time and with minimal effort, that can satisfy a bunch of sports fans.

Meat, sausage and veggies in a spicy mouth-watering sauce all cooked in a crockpot!

The best part of Cowboy Stew, you only have to raid your
pantry and freezer to make it...

Make this and lay it out for your sport fans to serve themselves!

I don't  know who will win the football game but I do know
this "Texas Cowboy Stew" is ...

A Total Winner!

In your slow cooker brown up 2 lb of ground beef.

Toss in one diced up onion.

Little bit of salt & pepper.

2tsp of chile powder.

Add in 2tsp of cumin and give the pot a stir. Cook till beef is brown.

Tumble in two packs of 12oz sliced kielbase sausage.

These really add a juicy delicious flavor :)

Dice up one large potato into tiny pieces and throw it into the crockpot.

Pour in 2 (14oz) cans of peeled and diced tomatoes and
2 (14oz) cans of diced tomatoes with green chile pepper.

Give the pot a stir.

Pour  4 cups of water into the pot.

Plunge in one 10oz bag of frozen corn.

Plunge in one 10oz bag of green beans.

Grab 2 (15oz) cans of pinto beans from the pantry.

Plunge the pintos in.

Add in a small can of green chiles.

Tumble in some sliced carrots.

Give the pot a stir!

Few dashes of red pepper flakes.

Bring the crock pot to a boil and then pull off the stove.

Cook on low for about 8 hours stirring occasionally through the day.

Now run a few errands before kick off.

Like go buy more Beer & Wine :)

This smells fabulous and no need to wait till half time
to serve this Texas Cowboy Stew up!

You won't hurt my feelings if you add a few dashes of hot sauce to your bowl :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

Keep the secret to yourself that this Cowboy Stew is

Healthy & Filled With Vegetables!
