MIXED BERRY SORBET

This Mixed Berry Sorbet is oh how do I say it?

Just Berry Delicious!

Sorbet is truly the easiest dessert to make. All you need is fresh fruit and a blender.

It was a perfect cold refreshing treat in our 90 degree weather we have been having.

I used frozen fresh blueberries and raspberries.
They have to be frozen!

In a sauce pan, combine 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
Simmer on the stove top until the sugar is dissolved.

Let cool completely!

Tumble in 3 cups of the frozen mixed berries into a blender.

Pour in the cooled syrup to the blender.

Puree all the berries!

Perfect!

Grab a non-stick baking pan and a cute strawberry spatula.

Scrape all the puree fruit into the pan and toss in freezer.

I made another batch of the berry sorbet.

Pull out the berry sorbet and top it with the second batch.

Omg... how yummy does this look?

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and into the freezer for about 3-4 hours.

I am speechless....

DELICIOUS!

Just put a little mint on top for a cute garnish :)

Grab some bowls and an ice cream scooper because it's
time to devour a fabulous cold treat now!

Once you taste this homemade sorbet you will forget about
buying any sorbet at the market because it really is...

BERRY DELICIOUS

Oh, I insist that you have a taste.

Mixed Berry Sorbet is so amazing!

Enjoy!

P.S

What will be my next sorbet flavor?

Strawberry & Peaches
