STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES IN A JAR

What is summer without Strawberry Shortcake?

These delicious Strawberry Shortcakes are made with a biscuit layer instead
of a soft cake layer which I prefer more. Serve them in individual
Mason Jars for a fun party or after dinner treat!

This dessert is just layers of utter bliss. You get a biscuit with layers of fresh,
juicy strawberries and rich, fluffy whipped cream!

Grab some gorgeous strawberries from your favorite Farmers Market.

Chop up all the strawberries into small pieces. Toss them into the bowl
and add a bit of sugar to taste. Cover and put the strawberries into
the refrigerator until you are ready to assemble
the Strawberry Shortcake Dessert.

Bisquick & Milk is all you need :)

Follow the directions right on the box to make your biscuits :)

It's just that simple!

Grab a cookie sheet and spoon the dough into several round droplets.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes
or until golden brown.

Let the biscuits COMPLETELY COOL before making your Mason Jar
Strawberry Shortcakes.

Take your heavy cream and add a few spoons of Confection Sugar and
beat it into Whipped Cream.

Grab your strawberry spatula and have a taste. Yum!

Break The Biscuits To Fit & Fill The Jars!

Strawberries, Biscuit and Whipped Cream & Repeat :)

So pretty! Assemble your dessert about an hour before serving.
No soggy biscuit for me :)

Goodbye self-restraint, hellooooo Strawberry Shortcakes.

This jar is for you!

Happy Summer To You All.

Enjoy!

P.S.

Maybe Cherry Shortcake Next...
