CROCKPOT ITALIAN POT ROAST.

With that "Uninvited Guest " out there now,  you maybe feeling the stress.

I would like to help you with my....

Delicious Comfort Food At Its Best.

Italian Pot Roast.

I have a stress free meal for you to prep in 15 minutes and then the Crockpot will do the rest.

First Things First.

Into the Crockpot

Slice up some carrots.
Cube some potatoes (skin on).
Cut up some onions.
Tumble in some Kalimata olives (seedless).
Toss in some mushrooms.
Sprinkle in some rosemary sprigs.
Lots of whole garlic cloves (peeled)
Little salt & pepper.
Drizzle of olive oil.

Give the Crockpot a toss.

Season a 4-5 pound chuck roast with salt & pepper.

Add canola oil to a pan and heat. When it ripples and is hot add in
the roast and brown it on all sides.

Place the beef on top of all the vegetables in the Crockpot.

Top the beef with more onions, mushrooms, olives, rosemary and thyme.
Then nestle in a few more potatoes and carrots.

Pour in 2 cups of beef broth.

Cover the Crockpot and cook 7-8 hours on low, until
the roast is falling apart tender.

Now go do whatever needs to be done or whatever makes you HaPpY :)

Ta Da... Dinner is ready!

Buon Appetito!

Enjoy!

P,S.

Got some puzzles on the table. Now which one should we start with?
