NO-KNEAD DUTCH OVEN BREAD

Ready to bake homemade bread in your kitchen?
This no knead bread is your BFF. You just need three ingredients to make
this delicious recipe.

No kneading, no fuss, just delicious carbs. Yes, I am patting myself on the back.

I am a bread maker!

In a large bowl add 3 cups all-purpose flour.

Add into the bowl 1 teaspoon active dry yeast and 2 teaspoons sea salt.

With a wooden spoon give the bowl a mix.

Pour in 1 1/2 cups of warm water to the bowl.

Use your wooden spoon and stir until a shaggy dough forms. The mixture
will be totally wet and very sticky to touch :)

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and aside in a warm place
8 to 18 hours until dough rises, bubbles and flatten on top.

Dust off a wooden board with flour.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Once oven is preheated, place the Dutch
(with cover) in oven 30 minutes before baking the bread.

My dough has bubbles and has flattened on the top.

Punch down the dough.

On a generously flour, quickly shape dough into a ball.

Place dough back into the bowl. Top with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes.

Remove the "Hot" Dutch oven from the stove.

Transfer the dough to the Dutch oven and cover.
Bake bread for 45 minutes covered and then 10 to 15 minutes uncovered.

Lid is off. Bake the bread through until golden brown on the top.

Around of applause please! I made bread.

No "Knead" to wait for the bread to cool and have a slice. Just grab some butter.

Yum!
