VANILLA MAGIC CUSTARD CAKE

Vanilla Magic Custard Cake recipe is an easy dessert that is perfect for a
 Potluck or a PaRtY.

One batter, three layers of Heaven!

This desert will melt in your mouth soft and creamy.

I Know You Have All The Ingredients In Your fridge Now:)

Grab four farm fresh eggs and separate them.

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Perfect.

Now set this bowl aside.

In another bowl add the egg yolks and 1 and 1/4 cups of powdered sugar.

Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar till all combined.

With a strawberry covered spatula scrape the sides of the bowl all around.

Pour into the egg yolks and sugar mixture 1/2 cup of melted butter.

Drizzle in 1 Tablespoon of water and just stir to combined.

Mix in 1 cup of flour and stir again.

Drip in 2 teaspoons of vanilla and yes stir again.

Slowly beat in 2 cups of milk-lukewarm.

Perfect.

Using that strawberry spatula fold in the egg whites (1/3 at a time, then
repeat until all the egg whites are folded in).

Butter up a 8x8 inch baking dish.

Pour in that custard goodness. Yes, it will look lumpy like this but wait for the magic to happen.

Off to a 325 degree oven to bake for about 40-60 minutes ( until the cake is jiggly just a bit).

If the top browns to quick before the time, you can cover cake with foil.

Smells so good. Let the cake cool completely because we are going to
dust it all with some powdered sugar.

Dust Dust Dust Away With Powdered Sugar!

Now just slice into any size square you like.

Garnish with cute raspberries and grab your plates.

After 40 minutes a miracle really happened in the oven!

The mixture baked into a 3 delicious layer cake.

Pretty golden on top, custard like vanilla center and a dense
little gooey layer on the bottom.

You will thank me for this recipe or get mad at me for this recipe ;)

YUM!

Three layers of delicious indulgence right here.

Enjoy!

P.S.

If a chocolate version sounds better than vanilla it's out there.
