PUMPKIN PIE ICE CREAM

It's officially Autumn, and yes that means pumpkins everywhere! Whether you're
making pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie or pumpkin cookies chances are you'll
be getting your pumpkin on at some point.

It's fall and it's still warm outside so I whipped up some Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream.
This ice cream couldn't be easier to make. Just mix up a few ingredients
and throw it in the freezer, no churning is necessary.

Add 2 1/3 cups heavy cream and 1 cup sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl.

You will be needing this can for a few months so stock up!

Add one can of pumpkin puree....but of course.

Pour on one can of sweetened condensed milk.

Sprinkle in 2/3 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice.

With a mixer whip it up good. You should be able to write you name in
the mixture with your finger :)

Transfer the pumpkin mixture into a tub or loaf tin.

This looks so yummy and it is.

Cover and off the the freezer until solid.

Yup, thats my spatula to enjoy!

The flavor is absolutely amazing. It taste just like Pumpkin Pie.

Perfect Fall Treat On A Warm Day!

Enjoy!
