TACO STUFFED AVOCADOS


Taco Stuffed Avocados are the perfect low carb taco. 
They are loaded up with all the taco favorites
and more.

You could also use Ground Turkey, Mexican Brisket or Carnitas.
It's your Taco right:)


Add about 1 pound of ground beef to a medium size sauce pan and cook till brown.


Drain the grease:)


You can buy Taco Seasoning but prefer to make my own.

1 tablespoon Chile Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
14 teaspoon Onion Powder


Toss in your Taco Seasoning


Little bit of your favorite Salsa.


Salt and Pepper to taste.


Grab some nice ripe California Avocados.


All your favorite Taco Toppings.


Slice & Dice


Pop out the big pit.


Scoop out little of the avocado to create a larger crater. Save it
and make some Guacamole.


Start loading up your Avocado Taco...Meat first.


Diced orange red peppers and a bit of lettuce.


Little bit of the avocado, green chiles and a black olive.


Yum!


Lunch is ready and a Corona please.


Wait a second it's gorgeous outside.


Lunch on the patio.

These taco stuffed avocados are a perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Maybe serve them with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice.
