IRISH CORN BEEF DIP

Whether you are Irish-at -heart, you can celebrate with this
St. Patricks Day inspired dip.

My very favorite sandwitch gets turned into a warm, creamy, and cheesy dip.

Slice about 1/2 pound of deli Corn Beef into small pieces.

Toss the Corn Beef into a bowl and pour in 3/4 cup of
you favorite Thousand Island Dressing.

Tablespoon of milk.

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.

With a festive green spatula tumble in
1 8-ounce cream cheese & 1/3 cup of mayonnaise to the bowl.

Give a good mix!

Chop up about 1 1/2 cups of Swiss Cheese.

Give the bowl a good mixing.

Pick an oven safe size dish to fit the number of people who will be dipping in.
The recipe makes plenty and freezes great.

Top with a bit more swiss cheese.
Off to a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes till hot and bubbly.
Turn your broiler on and cook for about 4 more minutes to get a golden color on top.

I cut up some Rye bread, buttered and toasted them in the oven
to serve with the Irish Corn Beef Dip.

Oh My Luck Of The Irish...This Looks Fabulous.

Perfect with a nice cold Guinness.

How about a little bite of Ireland.

Enjoy!

P.S.
