SUMMER FRUIT SALSA

Perfect last minute appetizer for your Labor Day BBQ especially when served

with Star Shape Cinnamon Chips.

Mix 1 cup of sugar and 1Tbsp of Cinnamon together in a small bowl.

Melt a half of stick of butter. Lay out 6 tortillas and brush with the butter,

covering completely.

Sprinkle the Tortillas all over with the sugar.

Be a "Star" with your Star Cookie Cutter.

I cut a variety of different size stars.

Bake the stars in a 400 degree oven for about 7 minutes or until crispy.

Blueberries

Rasperries 

Strawberries

Also grab some..

Peaches

Apples 

Oranges

Finely dice up all the fruit and toss into a bowl.

Add about a 1/4 cup of the Cinnamon Sugar to the bowl.

Next, a juice of half of a lemon and mix.

I am seeing "Stars".

Just plate and...

Take it outside.
