CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD STUFFING

I love coziness and stuffing is just that to me…Cozy! The one thing I need to be strict about
is that you can have this stuffing all year round and anytime of the day. Yes,
Cinnamon RaisIn Bread Stuffing is fabulous for
Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner!

First get a loaf of you favorite Cinnamon Raisin Bread.

Chop the bread into bite size pieces.

Toss the cubes on to a sheet pan and into a 350 degree oven for
about 10 minutes just to toast up.

Yes, grab your Jimmy Dean. He is always invited to my party:)

Cook up the Jimmy Dean Sausage with a pat of butter.

After Jimmy is all cooked up set it aside in a bowl. For sure have a few bites.

Chop up one onion and a cup of celery. Here is my little
secret... buy already prepared vegetable stuffing mixture at your
market this time of year…Its not cheating.

Saute the onions and celery until soft.

Season your celery mixture with a bit of salt & pepper and a teaspoon of all-spice.
In a small bowl wipe up 3 eggs and combined it all together in the large bowl.

Now tumble in the bread cubes into the celery mixture. Pour in 1/2 cup of melted butter
and 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth.

Add in the Jimmy Dean and give the bowl a good mix. ( no rules how much sausage goes in)

Maple Syrup gives it that extra flavor. Pour in about 2 Tbsp, but have
a taste you may want more.

Butter up your casserole dish and load your
Cinnamon Stuffing in…Have
a little taste!!!

Top off with a little cubes of butter
Butter makes everything
BETTER.
Off to the oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.

This smells divine but please wait to dig in we need to…

Garnish with celery leaves.

Have a taste you will love this Cinnamon Raisin Bread Stuffing.
I served this dish with pork chops for dinner the other night.

Enjoy!
