ST. PATRICKS IRISH DIPS FAST


GUINNESS BEER AND CHEESE DIP...


Combine 1/4 cup of Guinness Beer, 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard, 2tbsp butter and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper in a saucepan on medium heat until combined. Gradually add 1 pound of sharp shredded Cheddar Cheese. Remove from heat and pour dip into a serving dish. Try dipping in with Guinness Potato Chips or large pretzels.

WARM CORND BEEF DIP...



Mix 4oz of cream cheese and 1/2 Thousand Island Dressing  in a medium bowl. Stir in 8oz of shredded Swiss Cheese mix well. Put the spread in a ceramic serving dish and top with more cheese and corned beef. Pop into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minute. Serve warm with crackers.
