ROASTED TRUFFLE OIL PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER


The combination of meaty caramelized cauliflower in Truffle Oil, 
yes excites me!! This vegetable dish is just divine and way to 
simple to be called Fancy, but it sure taste
"Fancy"


Grab what ever color cauliflower you like.


Make steak cut slices.


Drizzle bottom of a dish with some extra virgin olive oil and 
Truffle Oil. Pinch of salt, pepper and red peeper flakes.


Nestle the cauliflower in the dish and repeat with the
oils, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Bake in a 425 degree oven for
roasting and tossing occasionally for about 35 minutes.


OMG, love the smell of Truffle Oil.


Just plate and do NOT forget to pour the Golden oil left in the pan all over the top.


Add the Parmesan Cheese and a little green for color.


Have a bite you will Love Love 
cauliflower this way.
So easy.


Lets just finish it all right now.
