LEMON CRANBERRY BREAD

I love this Lemon Cranberry Bread its so moist, sweet and tart.
I make several breads and share with friends during the holidays.
Of Course we get one too :)
Get Naughty Give Nice!

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and set aside.

Using your electric mixer, combined butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs.

Mix away!

Add your lemon juice which really adds to the flavor of the cranberries.

Little lemon zest and mix away :)

Gradually add in the flour mixture, alternating with the milk until combined.

Little bit of flour little bit of milk.

Stir till well combined.

Grab your cranberries.

And tumble in.

Pour mixture into a greased 5x9 loaf pan.

Pop the Lemon Cranberry Bread into a preheat oven at 350 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

For the glaze, mix the confectioner's sugar and lemon juice.

Poke the loaf all over with a toothpick when it comes out of the oven.

Pour the glaze all over the top of the bread. The yummy glaze will run right into the holes.
