Breakfast Pancake Poppers are fluffy bite-size Pancakes
baked in a muffin tin. All you have to do is
Grab, Dip and Pop one in your mouth.
Good Morning Delicious!
Unlike traditional Pancakes, you don't need to stand
over the stove flipping each one. :)
Instead the batter bakes in muffin tins, giving you bite-size
Pancakes in just minutes.
Let's get the morning started with simple
ingredients I bet you have in your kitchen now.
Start with the dry ingredients...
1 cup of Flour
1 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 tsp of Salt
Tumble all the dry ingredients into
a large bowl and Whisk Whisk Whisk.
For the wet ingredients....
3/4 cup of Milk
1 Egg
2 tbsp of melted Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Tumble all the wet ingredients into a small
bowl and Whisk Whisk Whisk.
Now these two bowls are going to come together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Mix the batter but don't over mix, or they'll turn dense.
Time to get this batter into the muffin tins.
Butter up your muffin tins.
Note...I used regular size muffin tins and it made 8 Pancakes.
You could also use mini Muffin Tins and have more
PANCAKE POPPERS! :)
Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling
each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake in a 375 degree oven about 12-15 minutes,
until golden and puffed.
I inserted a toothpick and it came out clean
and yes they are golden brown too. :)
Brush the hot Pancake Poppers with some butter
because we love BUTTER. :)
More Butter More Better!
These Breakfast Pancakes are Fun, Fluffy and Full of
Morning Joy!
I love serving these Poppers with Dippers for Dipping like
Maple Syrup, Jams and Butter.
For brunch, pile them high on a platter and dust with
powdered sugar and it will feel like a...
PANCAKE POPPER PARTY. :)
My Breakfast Popper was dipped in yes, three dips...
Butter, Maple Syrup and Raspberry Jam
and it was DELICIOUS!
Can you double dip?
Yes you can!
Think this Breakfast Pancake Popper would also taste
great with a Breakfast Mimosa. :)
Enjoy!
