CHICKEN POT PIE BITES

Chicken Pot Pie Bites Just Make For The Most
Comforting Appetizer Ever In the Middle Of Winter!

I absolutely LOVE Chicken Pot Pie any way it is served.

If you like Puff Pastry & Chicken Pot Pie you will
definitely enjoy more than just one!

This recipe comes together really fast once you have
all the ingredients together and you measure with your eyes.

So Easy & Simple

In a pot add in...

About a cup of diced Roast Chicken
Half a can of Cream of Chicken Soup
About a cup of mixed frozen Vegetables

Place the pot on medium heat just to warm
up all the frozen Vegetables.

Pour in just a little bit of Chicken Stock and stir.

Don't pour too much stock in because you want
the mixture to be somewhat thick.

Some Salt & Pepper.

Grab some Classic Puff Pastry and a circle Cookie Cutter.

My Puff Pasty came from my market frozen
and I just let it thaw for about 20 minutes.

Flour up your cutting board and lay out the Puff Pasty.
With the Cookie Cutter cut away circles.

Place the Puff Pastry rounds on a Parchment
lined baking sheet.

Top the Puff Pastry with the DELICIOUS
chicken mixture.

Bake these Chicken Pot Pie Bites in a 400 degree
oven for about 20 minutes till the Puff Pastry is golden.

Keep an eye on them because you don't want them to BURN!

Serve these Chicken Pot Pie Bites
as a Delicious Appetizer.

Serve These Chicken Pot Pies with a small
salad for an easy fun dinner.

Serve these Chicken Pot Pie Bites
with a bowl Chicken Soup and dip away!

Please have one because they are as
Yummy as they are Adorable! :)

Enjoy!

P.S.

I did say I love Chicken Pot Pie.

This was my lunch the other day at one of my favorite
restaurants in San Francisco...

Little Original Joe's

Tell them Maureen and John sent you in. :)
