PUMPKIN MAGIC BARS

Chewy Pumpkin Magic Bars!

Pumpkin Magic Bars are everything you want
in a dessert and then some.

Imagine a Buttery Gingersnap crust, White Chocolate,
Toffee Bits, Coconut, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Pecans and Pumpkin.

Dreamy, Right?

Let's get Baking!

Grab 25 Ginger Snap Cookies.

Place the Gingersnaps into your food processor
and grind them to a fine crumb.

Perfectly Grinded

Tumble the Gingersnaps into a bowl then
sprinkle in 1 Tbsp of sugar.

Pour 5 Tbsp of melted butter into the bowl.

Grab a fork and give this bowl a Mix Mix Mix.

Add Parchment paper to a 9x9 inch pan and a bit of butter.

Toss the Gingersnaps into the baking dish and
with an Hermes Spatula press the Gingersnaps down.

Now It's a Crust :)

Now for all the Sweet Layers.

One cup of Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chips.

Sprinkle the Chocolate Chips over the crust.

Sprinkle next with a cup of chopped Pecans.

Heath English Toffee Bits Are Dangerously
Delicious To Have In Your House....

Just Saying!

You will only need 1/4 of a cup of the Toffee Bits
so now you can just eat the rest of the bag. LOL LOL

Sprinkle the Heath Toffee Bits next.

Measure out 1/4 cup of Sweetened Shredded Coconut.

Sprinkle the Coconut, but we are not done yet.

Measure out 1/2 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
I Love This Stuff :)

Pour the Condensed Milk into a bowl.

Pumpkin Time....

Measure out 1/4 cup of Pure Pumpkin (not Pumpkin Pie Mix).

Tumble the Pumpkin right on in and mix.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice.

Stir Stir Stir.

Gently drizzle the Pumpkin mixture all over the top.

Yes, this is the last layer :)

Off to a 350 degree oven for about 28-34 minutes,
until the edges have started to brown.

Set your timer!

This bowl is absolutely worth Licking!

Ta Da...

Pumpkin Magic Bars are done and it smells so good.

Cool Completely before cutting. You may want to chill
them before slicing if they seem gooey.

I made two batches of the Pumpkin Magic Bars..
One was for us and the other a hostess gift for a dinner event we were attending.

Grab an Orange knife and start slicing these
Ooey Gooey Delicious bars.

Some Pumpkin Magic Bars for us and some to share:)

Tying up my Hostess Gifts with a little silver ribbon.

Watching my friends Ooh & Aah over these treats
will be the best compliment ever!

Off to the refrigerator till we leave tonight.

Just look at these layers of Yumminess!

Enjoy !
