Enough with the pictures let's get our dough on.
The Recipe
1. Combine 2 1/2 teaspoons Yeast with two cups of warm water
in a mixing bowl and dissolve.
Add 4 Tbsp melted Butter
1 Tbsp of Sugar
2 Tsp od salt
2. You will need 5 1/4 cups of all -purpose flour.
Use a wooden spoon to stir in one-third of the flour till smooth.
Add in the rest of the flour, stir, then turn it out onto a floured board to Knead.
3. Knead the dough for 15 minutes. Don't let it dry out
too fast, it should stay sticky.
4. Put the dough is a greased bowl and cover with
plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Knead the dough another 5 minutes, place it back
in the bowl and let it rise another hour.
6. Butter 2 loaf pans. Shape the dough into 2 loaves and
transfer them to the prepared pans.
7. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
They just double in size and I have a smile on my face. :)
8. Bake these loaves in a 400 degree

and cooked through.
