Nothing screams SUMMER like a cold
Potato Salad & Lemonade.
Potato Salad is one of those dishes you can find at almost any
picnic or barbecue during the Summer.
So fun to serve it up in my Vintage Pyrex Bowl :)
I remember my mother-in law Eunice would make a
Delicious Potato Salad all the time back
in Maryland. Such great Memories!
Everyone has their own version of Potato Salad
which is so fun and this is one is mine.
Sometimes I like to change it up a bit and add Bacon :)
But now let's get started with mine.
Boil up some small Red Potatoes and let them cool.
Toss in about 4 hard boiled Eggs.
Toss in some diced up Celery & Red Onions.
Dollop in some Mayo, Sweet Relish and Mustard.
Give this bowl a mix.
Add in some Salt & Pepper.
For sure have a taste because you just might
want to a little more of this or that.
