CHICKEN TACO SOUP

 

Taco Soup is a quick and easy meal that feeds a crowd on Game Day!

This delicious Chicken Taco Soup recipe is made from shredded

roast chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes and more...

It's a family favorite that will warm you up and is fun to 

eat with all the yummy Taco Soup toppings.

I call this Game Day Ready!

Grab two roast chickens from your local market

and shredd them up.

To make your Game Day Taco Soup super fast and easy prep all

your ingredients the day before like this,

It's Game Day Morning!

Saute up one yellow onion in a large Dutch Oven.

Toss in one diced red pepper to the pot.

Little salt & pepper.

Pour in two large containers of your favorite chicken broth.

Add in two cans of Fire Roasted diced tomatoes.

It's just not Taco Soup without this ingredient....

Diced Jalapenos!

Tumble in a bag of frozen corn.

If you love corn like I do add more CORN!

Stir and cook on medium high heat.

Grab the roast chicken that you perfectly shredded.

Tumble in as much chicken as you would like.

I say lots of CHICKEN.

Sprinkle in two packets of Taco Seasoning to the party.

I love my Black Beans and two cans went in.

How about adding some Black Olives to the party.

Few tablespoons of your favorite Salsa for a good 

Football kick.

Bring this Game Day Chicken Taco Soup up to a

boil and then turn the heat down.

Have a taste of the soup to see if you want to add

more spice like Red Pepper flakes.
